As temperatures rise across Texas and beyond, staying hydrated becomes one of the simplest-and most important-ways to prevent heat-related illness on the job. That’s why we launched a hydration challenge and raffle to encourage our team to take water breaks seriously.
🚰 Water Breaks = Safety Wins
We sent out a text inviting associates to share a photo of themselves taking a water break during the workday. Each submission earned an entry into a $50 gift card raffle-because taking care of your health should be recognized.
The response was incredible. One standout associate submitted six different water break photos throughout the week, showing true commitment to safety.

This associate went above and beyond. He showed that safety isn’t just part of the job-it’s a daily priority.
